Entry fees: Fees paid dependent on playing days. Only club Tourney or Only hat is ONE DAY. Playing both club tourney and hat is TWO DAYS

HKFDF Members one day: 100

HKFDF Members two days: 130

Non-members one day: 200

Non-members two days: 230

Prizes will be awarded to winners on each day, and the all important lucky draw on Sunday!

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!

• Please fill in the form to register for the 2021 Pan Asia Tournament. ALL players playing on Oct 16 and/or Oct 17 must fill in the form and process payment to successfully register.
• To enjoy the member's rate, you will need to be a member of HKFDF for the current year. Please sign into your Glue Up account using your registered email address with HKFDF. If you are having trouble or forget which email you used please contact us.
• Any players that wish to play in the Oct 16th Team portion of the tournament but does not currently have a team, you may select 'Pick Up Team' in the registration form. If we meet the minimum number of players we will create a pick up team. If we do not meet the minimum number, we will issue a refund to those registered.
• Water will be provided but NO FOOD will be provided due to Covid restrictions. Players are required to eat outside of the field area.
• Spaces for the Pick Up Team on Saturday and the Hat Tournament on Sunday will be allocated FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
